Dogs are scratching and the kids have been sniffing. Hotspots, H1N1, strep, sinus infection.
We have reached the end of the junior division. Emily will begin competing as an adult on December 1. Wow. Where has the time gone?
At least the foundation is not crumbling. Only the covering of the foundation. The wood floor has warped and buckled. Gotta fix that. Elsewhere, new carpet has been installed; dually christened by one of the pack. Grrrr. I was somewhat put out upon discovering a urine spot on less-than-24-hours-old carpet. We now live in a gated community & I feel like Get Smart getting through the maze of gates around the house. It's working so far.
The leaves are turned, but with the loss of my neighbors, 8 Woof Lodge just isn't the same.
